Authorisation has been given to Divisional Heads to retrieve VP Article data in DPMS-CSI for which eMOs have not been booked within two days of its delivery.

Below given SOP for VPP Retrieval Transaction is self-explanatory
By default this provision has been assigned to the Divisional Heads of all postal divisions.

Role Name is Dpms role for division head

Cases pertaining to VP articles delivered and corresponding eMOs not booked in time need not be referred to CEPT/CSI and raising tickets with servicedesk for this issue is also not required.
