This is regarding closing of RD LOAN account without disbursement. RD Loan accounts are opened with incorrect sanction amount and instructions were already used for using HACLHM (RD Loan modification). But POs are closing the RD Loan account without modifying the sanction amount. Only data correction patch has to be raised when the RD Loan account is closed. HACLHM menu was provided only for modification without closing the RD LOAN account. Several tickets are being raised after closure of RD LOAN ACCOUNT which are pending for more number of days. L2 Team has also reverted technical difficulties in raising data correction patch for CLOSED account.

Hence it is hereby requested to issue suitable instructions to POs to use HACLHM menu for modifying the sanction amount without closing the RD LOAN ACCOUNT.
