1. Click on the Service Request Indexing icon on Dashboard
2. Select Request Type : Status Request  and enter Proposal Number -- Click Next




3. Now Click Action Button, You will get a popup window History



4. Now check the Owner ID in the "Policy Bond" stage



5. Now goto System Admin -> User Maintenance -> Update User



6. Now Assign the Print Bond Queue to the User you found in the step 4



7. Now login to that User (to whom we have assinged Print Bond Queue in step 6) &
    Goto Inbox -> Print Bond Queue -> 
    Status : Reserved/Pending  --  Click Search
    Now you can see the Policy Bonds appear in the Print Bond Queue
