A Patch has been deployed in DOP Finacle to set
the Inter SOL Transaction limit to Rs. 25,000/- in all the transaction menus to
prevent frauds in CBS Offices.

Directorate has already issued orders in this
regard vide SB Order 05/2016 : No POSB Cheque for more than Rs. 25000/-should
be accepted at other SOLs in a day.
Ø
However in case of Inward Cheques Clearing at
HPOs system would allow us to withdraw more the Rs 25000/- only when the
cheques are entered in the Inward Clearing Zone using HICTM Menu.
Ø
Hence, CXFER/HXFER menus cannot be used for
Inward Cheques clearing, system will not allow us to withdraw more than
Rs.25000/- in a day.
